Being a team member in one of the top engineering consultancy in the world. Having the oppurtunity to be involved in interesting bridge projects in the UAE. Gaining more knowledge in contracts, claims management.

Cons

No downside that I see.

Pros

It is usually a project specific employment. With that being said, if you get onto a good project, you will be able to do well.

Cons

They do not have the same level of systems in place as other EPCs. The ablility to match the client one for one on technical expertise is the way to proceed, not shuffle in some worn-out managers from Charlotte or Pasadena. Parsons is too focused on the Structural perspectives of a project, and by doing so, misses the focus of the project. Footprint and structural design demands do not outweigh nuclear process requirements. The middle ground must be found.
