      Pros

      ESOP-Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Some good people work at the organization but due to limited upward mobility (if not an Engineer) they leave.

      Cons

      Management, the benefits cost, practice of direct charge in areas that are o/h in most instances with every other company. Moving up requires limited knowledge. Upper Managers are very insecure and paranoid of those with true job abilities.

      Great Salary, Heavy beaurocracy and red tape between divisions, annual "360" reviews are redundant and ineffective.

      Pros

      Competitive Salary, Decent (if slightly more expensive) benefits.

      Cons

      Divisions don't work together well, information is shared only sporadically, advancement opportunities are limited to anyone not willing to relocate/travel extensively. Mentorship and focus is on early career professionals only (age 27 and under, after that you're on your own if you're not already on their career advancement track.). Mandatory safety training (delivered via internet tests) is essentially a waste of time to anyone who works solely within their office.

      Good work, good pojects, excellent E S O P Program, good brand name, good responsibilities. goo colleagues, good firm to work for

      Cons

      company is flooded with people with 25-30 years experience. this really kills the growth oppottunities for more younger people in the firm.
