Pros
Good benefits, on-site clinic is great, awesome global locations, most employees good.
Cons
Driven by bottom line only with no regard to work/life balance. CEO is not engaged with employees, COO makes a constant stream of poor decisions. Strategic planning methodology is one where goals are set so high that it is impossible to meet them. Little support from management, and extremely difficult to get positive changes in place as head-counts are not replaced and priorities are constantly changing. Ridiculous not to have proper IT support for internal systems and to have so little HR support. Super frustrating place to work if you want to make a difference.
