      Pros

      Frequent opportunities to innovate and deliver industry leading technical solutions. Co-workers who share pride in the quality of their work. Management implementing a successful growth plan and willing to invest in the company's future. Excellent work/life balance - there is time for work and there is time for the rest of your life.

      Cons

      There are always a few challenges that go along with the success and growth of a company - some approaches and processes which work fine for a small company get modified/adapted/improved as the company grows. It requires a certain amount of flexibility, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Don't come here for the coffee.
