Pros

This organization is truly full of people committed to working hard for the good of others (health is a human right.) They (and you) will go the extra mile for a patient no matter where they are. This gives the organization a lot of wiggle room when prioritizing resources which is good in theory but.....(go to CONS)

Cons

...It leads to mismanagement of resources. There is perceived sense that any organization in relation to operations will prevent PIH from doing 'what ever it takes' but the sad reality is that there is failed follow through when resources/funding run out and there is no plan B.
