Leadership is nonexistent in the Irving TX location
Pros
Surprised they have any one employed, they never have new business or good opportunties for their contractors. All the great internal employees have exited and the ones who are left, need to stay as they've lost most of the strong skills and lack confidence in themselves anymore.
Cons
They have lost most of their business due to no one working. I've watched the so called leader Renee shop constantly on line with the glass office, everyone can see. She yells from her desk so she won't have to get up from her personal business. Employees go along to get along without using their full skills. The office team seems lazy and tired, not quick to take care of business. Zero enthusiasm. They have now moved office locations and share a space with Renee's family company. Headed for disaster with her in charge.
