Very autonomous work. You have the freedom to try new things and handle your work yourself. If you need help, managers will assist.

Cons

Must be able to stay on a strict schedule, with the autonomous atmosphere sometimes it can be tough to maintain your daily structure.

Pros

Partnership is a great place to work. They helped get me started as a full desk recruiter (Recruiting and Client Acquisition). The office has a very supportive culture and offers flexibility. There is also no ceiling, once you get the hang of things, sky's the limit!

Cons

The gravel in the parking lot gets stuck in my tires.
