Just the right balance of large enough to have big company needs and a sizable budget to work with. A fantastic leadership team with a great vision. Excellent, engaged peers, partners, and staff to work with.

Cons

The pace of work can become overwhelming as we drive growth while keeping resources constrained. It just means that you're making material tradeoff decisions about what to work on and where to invest almost daily.

The remote work option was good.

Cons

Upper management is unprofessional and has no clear guidance for direct reports. The goalposts were constantly changed, and there were no formal performance reviews, even when asked. The longer someone has been there, the more they feel untouchable and curse and speak crazily during meetings; complete boys club.
