      Pros

      The reps that have been there a while that are currently "making money" are overall good people. It's a great place to work if you are comfortable making $30K a year and are capable of dealing with a lot of stress and chaos.

      Cons

      The turnover rate is extremely high..!! Every week e-mails are sent out informing all of the employees who is no longer with the company. It is a very cut throat environment that includes a lot of shady people who are starving. Some of the "powers that be" are very questionable people... Overall, working here is what purgatory must feel like for used car salesman. Good luck to you if you are considering working here. You will need it!

      Pros

      Good people work here. Good technology and future vision of the medical parts market. Good company concept. Unique database and web applications.

      Cons

      Morale very low with all employees. Paranoia and fear of being fired runs rampant through all employees. Senior management rules with an iron fist. No trust or leadership with middle management because of this. Sales commissions are cut back regularly. Constant issues with suppliers who do not like company. Only act as the "middle man", once customer finds direct source customer is lost. Internal process issues. Any process recommendations get lost in months of bureaucracy. Senior management offers no credit or praise to any employees. No perks to working here, do not even contribute to 401k. Nepotism.

      Pros

      PartsSource is a rapidly growing company in the medical repair part industry. This is a huge business and has lot's of potential. It's a small company, so you get to wear many hats. The people are energetic, open minded and friendly.

      Cons

      Senior management can be unreasonable in their expectations. Due the the size of the company, benefits aren't on par with larger organizations.
