Pros

- Great environment for a journalist - Helped to build my writing, editing, and reporting skills - Received feedback from co-workers that helped me during my tenure - Met so many amazing people during my time there

Cons

- The mass layoffs this year showed a scary direction that the profession is going in - I hope the company will continue to support journalists in all forms and not be held to the standards of the corporate offices
