      Working at Patch My PC has been an unparalleled experience and nothing has come close to what I am now blessed to be a part of. Opportunities to engage with management, share ideas, and interact are readily available. The management team actively listens and incorporates feedback, fostering a culture where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute to the company's growth. Moreover, employees are exceptionally well taken care of both within and outside the workplace, demonstrating a genuine sense of community. The company's commitment to its employees is evident in its constant exciting developments and projects, keeping us enthralled and eager to contribute to its success. Patch My PC truly values its employees, consistently upholding its company values and ensuring they are reflected in every aspect of its operations.

      Cons

      It’s really hard to find any cons for patch my pc as I am yet to find one. I would love to be in a position to be able to give back and help the company’s as it grows and develops. That isn’t a con as much as it is wish to be able to return the good will I receive.

      Great owners, good benefits. Great culture.

      Cons

      Most are underpaid for their skills compared to the industry standards. Hire people from outside without looking internally and pay them more. The workload is different for many doing the same work.

Since our all-hands meeting in January, where we announced a third-party compensation benchmark, we've been focused on this issue and know it's been top of mind for team members. We recently completed a full compensation analysis to ensure fair internal pay and competitive market positioning. As a result, where needed, market-based adjustments were made across the company in July. We aim to ensure managers have frequent career conversations with team members to align them with future opportunities.
