      Pros

      Beyond having an amazing product, benefits, and competitive pay, PMPC also has an incredible culture! We live and breathe our core values not only when interacting with teammates but with customers as well. Also, it's not every day you find senior leadership that regularly interacts with employees and encourages feedback on what they (and we all) can do to improve. Lastly, the office is great (as in, I'm at home and my dogs are at my feet while I work -- doesn't get better than that)! :)

      Cons

      I'm on a small team, so the career progression is a little unclear, but that is to be expected with a smaller company.

      Pros

      The best, diverse team I've met coming from all walks of life. This company has made me feel like I'm at home. I'm very thankful to work for this company and for my peers. They want all of their employees to grow in their craft. Additionally, they invest in their employees and encourage constant growth; personally and professionally. Stagnancy is never here.

      Great place to work. Everyone is incredibly helpful and supportive. There are so many opportunities to learn and grow both professionally and personally. I am so grateful to work here and to be a part of an amazing team. Leadership really cares about us as employees and they do a great job of providing us with opportunities to grow.
