      Pros

      We have a very diverse team, so don't be fooled by our website. Everyone on the team is 100% remote and all over the country, so it is hard to get everyone in one place for a photo. This is the first IT company I've worked for where there is more than one woman and a considerable amount of diversity especially for a smaller workforce. Our CEO and Leadership team understands that the employees are the backbone of the company and always put forth the effort into making sure we know we are valued. This will cause you to want to recommend our company to family, friends, and anyone else you meet! At Patch My PC everyone is excited to be at work and to contribute to the overall success of the company and not just their own position. It is a collaborative environment everyday and not just when working on a project with another division. Money is not the number one priority here, the customers are.

      Cons

      You will start to care so much that you will take criticism personally when it comes from anyone outside of the company.

      Pros

      Everyone loves working together, to ensure that we help our customers, and each other have a better day. I have some amazingly passionate and dedicated co-workers who are all focused on the same goal. Our remote work culture is very positive, and we occasionally still manage to get together as a team. Additionally, it's truly rare to find a company that's willing to invest, and see its people as the most valuable resource. Patch My PC does, and they do it to an extreme I've never seen at any other company.

      Cons

      No major cons, I feel won't go away with time. Every company has its challenges as they grow. We are no exception. I think we are moving in positive direction to manage those cons.

      Remote work. Set up with everything you need from day 1. Supportive team environment. Supportive senior leadership team. A company who cares about you and cares about volunteering and giving back. Leadership that genuinely listens and cares. The benefits are great. Great growth potential. I truly can't say enough great things about this company.

      I seriously cannot come up with anything.
