      Working at Patch My PC has been an unparalleled experience and nothing has come close to what I am now blessed to be a part of. Opportunities to engage with management, share ideas, and interact are readily available. The management team actively listens and incorporates feedback, fostering a culture where employees feel valued and motivated to contribute to the company's growth. Moreover, employees are exceptionally well taken care of both within and outside the workplace, demonstrating a genuine sense of community. The company's commitment to its employees is evident in its constant exciting developments and projects, keeping us enthralled and eager to contribute to its success. Patch My PC truly values its employees, consistently upholding its company values and ensuring they are reflected in every aspect of its operations.

      Cons

      It’s really hard to find any cons for patch my pc as I am yet to find one. I would love to be in a position to be able to give back and help the company’s as it grows and develops. That isn’t a con as much as it is wish to be able to return the good will I receive.

      If you want to work with amazing people and 100% remote, look no further!

      - 100% remote! - Amazing people work alongside side you, everyone does their best to help each other out; - Flat hierarchy, you can easily talk with the CEO if you need to; - Your work actually gets recognized and you can grow internally; - Work conferences across the globe, if that's something you like; - Good benefits (healthcare, gym, IT assets, etc);

      Cons

      - You'll never want to work from an office again; - Possibly you'll never leave the company; - Possibility to work from a tropical location location (I mean who doesn't hate working with an ocean view and feel the sea breeze on your face?)
