      PMPC is an incredibly supportive environment

      Pros

      Management and the Team: I have yet to meet someone who hasn't been one of the friendliest people I've ever met. Everyone I interact with is willing to go out of their way to help me and make me feel welcome. If you raise a concern with leadership, they will either make sure it's addressed or give a great and agreeable explanation as to why something is in place, but you're always heard. Work-life balance: Everyone wants to support the team and the mission, and the compensation and incentives make you want to do a good job. As a result, nobody is watching over your virtual shoulder and a lot of trust has been built. Compensation: The salary is good, and the benefits are great (and still improving). Leadership is always trying to find ways to reward the team and make them feel valued. PMPC evaluates benefits to make sure they're competitive and listens to employee feedback to keep them competitive.

      Cons

      I'd be lying if I said I could think of any right now. It may seem suspicious that so many reviews can't find any cons, but the team really does do everything they can to take care of us.
