Pros
A dedicated team of engineers who are all at the absolute top of their field. I've never worked with such a collective group of ultra-smart nerds. Room for personal growth and development. No annoying politicking to get good ideas approved. Excellent culture! For a fully remote org, the team cohesiveness is fantastic. Incredible GIF usage over every comms platform.
Cons
Being a small org comes with its own "problems," - but none that are unique. Everyone wears lots of hats to get the work done. Because of this, working on "bigger picture" projects can get tricky - juggling BAU / "big projects" can be tricky but not insurmountable.
