      Pros

      Benefits are great. Health Care, Vision, Dental.

      Cons

      Compensation is not competitive at all. Personal growth is not there. 3 CEOs in less than 7 years has the organization going crazy.

      Branch staff are undervalued

      Pros

      The branch teams are good, though management can be weak depending on your branch. Benefits are good, but expensive if you have a family.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care about the branch staff. Shady business ethics--MSRs do all the hard work but other branch employees do less and are paid for hours they don't actually work. Also I've been here for several years but employees who are newer earn more to start. The bright side is that you can get a raise if you complain enough.

      If you have the right connection you can get away by just BS at meetings

      Cons

      Upper management are clueless My manager is clueless Our department head is clueless It only takes a week to figure out the place is a mess. Glad I was able find something better quickly.
