Pros

401k, some branches have free coffee/tea

Cons

Management/HR does not train its employees about prevention of moral harassment, prevention of workplace violence. HR knows the reasons why a high turnover but does not create solution. Corporate culture - CEO does not know what's happening in the branches;People in positions who sugarcoats report to the higher management gets promoted, Pressure your downline even if it cost crossing boundaries; High turnover due manager's verbal/emotional/moral harassment of downline staff. CEO does not know double standards happening at the grass roots' level - the branches (is it with the blessings of the Regional Heads? hhmmmm) There are more CU whose top management really cares for the individual YOU as a PERSON!

Pros

Wonderful coworker who can always be counted on to assist you when needed. They are extremely supportive. 401k plan is one of the best.

Cons

This so call SF branch supervisor is giving the branch management a bad reputation. Does it make you feel good to call people names because they don't agree with the way the company is treating them. Look at the majority of the reviews and see that 90% of the issue are identical. Calling yourself educated because you feel that your supervisor position makes you better than the other staffs. This is the problem with patelco is that some of you in management are so damn arrogant. I have been a manager at the branch for many years and have always encourage open communication with my staff. I listen to their concerns and built a great trusting relationship with them. I do not degrade them for speaking out about their concerns. You, SF branch supervisor, need to take a class on how to manage your people though trust and respect.
