I'm a newer employee but within the last week: $100 Thanksgiving bonus to all employees 'just to say thanks,' the Holiday + the day AFTER Thanksgiving as PTO days, paid opportunities to volunteer @ Habitat for Humanity and food banks. Also, crazy-good 401k match, friendly and genuinely helpful co-workers.

Cons

No company is perfect - older tech systems, work being done on the aesthetics of the branches, I will say there seems to be a culture moving toward improvement.

Great corporate values and people. Good work/life balance and benefits. The company is truly committed to doing right by its members, employees and community. There is a genuine focus on hiring, developing and recognizing talent. Patelco has a solid position in the market and is growing - which is exciting! You can certainly make your mark on the organization if you want to. There's a lot of opportunity for skills and career development.

Cons

Patelco's cultural transformation and technology infrastructure rebuild are still in process. The company is working hard and fast to catch up and remain competitive. There's a lot of change - even for folks who are agile and flexible.
