Pros

Lots of room for career growth as long as you work hard and make it known that you're interested. A great place to work if you are just starting your career.

Cons

Yearly raises are not significant nor keep up with inflation

Pros

Great people to work with. Great interdepartmental relationships and cross-training opportunities. They provided good food and activities for Lab Week.

Cons

Terrible management. Scheduling issues, overworking techs, and grossly underpaying them. They pushed out a senior VP for wanting to help employees, hired incompetent supervisors just to fill the positions, and ignore problems that are brought up until it directly affects them. Don't even get me started on how they handled COVID.

Nice People. Good Technology. Great Management. It's a great assay and mission to help people with UTI's, people in pain.

Cons

Have to work 2 rotating holidays per year. Pretty standard.
