      Pros

      The culture is pretty great and everyone I’ve worked with has been fun. You have to put in time if you’re looking for any upward movement. The operations management are the only shining lights within all of management

      Cons

      The president shows favoritism and it is clearly shown. Pay could definitely be better and they say it’ll change but I’m not holding my breath.

      Pros

      Great colleagues to work with not just in your department but with other departments as well. It's also a great place to get your foot in the door and gives you the opportunity to gain experience.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management - can cause a lot of stress on the departments. As a result there were times when processes were disorganized. People were taken advantage of (in terms of workload) and overworked. Turnaround rate was high.
