Great benefits Flexible work schedule Innovative testing

Cons

-Immature management -Poor onboarding and lack of training -Discriminatory – the organization favors certain groups over others, evidenced in promotions and terminations -Toxic - employees walk on eggshells to avoid being targeted by toxic employees and managers, who are never addressed -Unhealthy competition - lack of teamwork -Inconsistent - the direction of the organization (or expectations on staff) change with the wind -Unsupportive - poor HR management and devious managers -Biased - the organization allows bad apples to stay because of relationships -Disengaged - managers are largely aloof or indifferent and invest little of themselves to their work and to each other besides the bare minimum

The co-workers make this place bearable.

Cons

Lab operations personnel are treated as dispensable by upper-management even though we are the ones running the tests they love to sell. They favor and put a higher importance on their sales department than to their operations. They also focus on expanding their services throughout the U.S when their home base is falling apart. To add to that, they blatantly underpay their personnel and keep adding on responsibilities, with no promotion or title changes. When justifying their low wages, they love to say they are a "start-up", how is this a startup when they have been around for 10 years and have investors? Plus, there's no money for increased wages, but sales department gets monthly bonuses and a spending stipend for clients? As for diversity, all lower level personnel are very diverse, but upper-management has no diversity. ie. white males/females
