Pros

The ONLY pros after a year and a half of working here was my coworkers. We became close due to the extreme amount of stress and pressure to keep the company afloat that only seemed to continually let us down.

Cons

Where to begin... We went from extreme to extreme, with too much work for the amount of staff to very little. Management prides themselves on being "transparent", but continually makes very shady decisions with little thought to how it affects employees. They try to jump on the bandwagon for the next big thing in medical diagnostics - but with no feasible idea on how to actually execute it. They rely heavily on poorly trained lab techs instead of hiring (more expensive) CLSes. Staff was overworked and underpaid and left to make do with the bare minimum. I definitely don't see this company doing well in the future with the current management and founders. Greed is consuming this company and it won't be surprising if it goes bankrupt soon.

Pros

There's not a whole lot to say about Pathnostics/Element7. It's obvious by the way upper management acts that they don't truly care for employees, only their clients. With that said, there are two pros: -Flexible hours. -Consistent work. Apart from these two, which technically should be standard with any job/career, everything else is pretty off. If you're looking for a quick job, get this one, but don't stay for too long.

Cons

Upper Management is biased towards people they know. Nepotism is obviously implemented to the fullest here, which adds to the sentiment of Upper Management only caring for their self interests. If they were to show some true effort in connecting with employees, they would be on to something great. Employees don't stay too long here. Lower and middle employees consistently is shifting. This destroys morale of the rest of the employees. The main reason this happens is simple: employees aren't taken care of for the sheer amount of work they do.
