      CEO does a great job motivating and making each employee feel like a true team

      Cons

      Very young company and very young upper management, specifically supervisors. They may be fairly new at being supervisors so periodic training to grow their abilities might be needed

      Pros

      Lots of food all the time. Very nice and quiet office, kind people and diverse and entertaining. They have a lot of great benefits and decent pay.

      Cons

      Thankless and depressing. There is little to no training and responsibilities are sort of just expected to be filled even if you dont know you are supposed to be doing them.
