      We have a popcorn machine.

      Every positive review on here is probably from upper managment trying to make the company look better. This company treats their employees like they are expendable. They will lay off people and drop the load of work onto everybody else, and then joke about it. They even lied about an employee leaving on their own, when the person was actually fired. They think we're idiots that will believe everything they say. They say that they want to try for higher wages. Well that's pretty much impossible, since all the money is going to their paychecks. These guys make crazy money. I seriuosly don't even know what some of them do. Drive the company to the ground?

      -Inclusive: you'll be working closely with your team to process patient samples -Experience: you'll learn a lot from working here -Pay is above the market average -Medium size company, best of both worlds

      -It can be hectic on certain days, so being steady in a fast-paced environment is a needed skill

      Pros

      Great atmosphere! Focused on patient care, cutting edge new tests and team building.

      Cons

      There have been a lot of management transitions in the recent years, but the current team is the best yet! They are really focusing on how we can grow from within and how to slowly increase our capacity at a comfortable rate. Moral is at an all time high in my opinion. Starting wages are a little low compared to some other labs, but they take chances on training people with no lab experience. It is hard to find a science based job that will hire without experience now a days. The training process allows tons of growth possibilities. With two years of experience, if you haven't moved up here you can take it anywhere.
