Pros
Immaculate latoratory space and a great place to learn the basics of just about everything within a laboratory space if you’re motivated enough. Catered food and snacks often. Competitive pay for non-licensed technicians with little or no work experience. Awesome laboratory team and great coworkers. Benefits package is average.
Cons
Drama and communication issues with upper management creates a stressful workplace at times. Very high turn over rate - you pretty much have to wait for someone to quit in order to even be *considered* for a promotion.
