The annual (sometimes more) reorgs (maybe it’s a strategy of some sorts, above my pay grade?!?) that are exhausting for majority, the total lack of actually BEING an inclusive and supportive organization-they talk all about it but don’t walk the walk. Has literally become a walking bucket of toxic waste and environment. Watch out for layoffs, with every round you have just reinforced the need for this review-never backfilling or promoting/filling the roles you eliminate leaving teams skeletal and WORSE for work life balance for the ones left standing!

-Management resists even the simplest process improvements, making everything harder than it needs to be -Career growth is dangled as bait, only to be pulled away with no explanation -Some managers act like experts but bring nothing to the table except delays and excuses -Senior leadership is checked out, they hand control of critical operations to unqualified managers and walk away -Decisions are all about ego and office politics, not actual results -If you’re not part of the inner circle, your career goes nowhere
