-Fast growing company with several niche business lines -Opportunities for advancement can be great (although, this varies by division)

Cons

-Cultural divide between MetaBank and a recently acquired division -Recent round of cuts has harmed morale in some departments

The people are intelligent and nice. Many people would leave of the coworkers weren't so great. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management is driving the company down. Selling of departments that they seem aren't making money. Too much work but people sit around doing nothing because manager isn't planning well enough.
