Good Culture, Need to Work on Execution

Pros

The people that you work with are really good people. There is a lot of talent and the products/services they offer are pretty strong.

Cons

They really are their own worst enemy when it comes to execution. Planning is very much along the lines of shoot, ready, aim mentality. The Agile methodology implemented within the development area is very complicated and full of time wasting. There is a lot of passive/aggressive behaviors. Projects are usually understaffed, poorly planned, and gaping holes for where there should be requirements or expectations for a final product.

The people are amazing. Great location. Amazing benefits (parental leave, PTO, 401k options). Work life balance.

Cons

Typical corporate nuances. Can be hard to move up as there are a few departments that have no real structure to career pathing.
