This company has no respect for people you are a number in a cubicle. They give you no opportunities to defend yourself just the word of someone who does't like you.

Nice break rooms, decent benefits, could be better.

Cons

Complete chaos and confusion. The HR department doesn't have a clue what they are doing. No rhyme or reason to their actions, policies or procedures. The management team is clueless and they don't stand behind their culture book. Don't ask any questions, even if they tell you it is okay. Don't have an opinion that differs from theirs or you'll be out the door.
