Pros

There were a few people who were fun to work with, (the ones who ended up quitting) and the customers were super nice and friendly.

Cons

Management sucks, pay is really crappy, benefits are crappy, you are treated poorly by your managers, when they don't even know how to do the job correctly themselves. They will nit pick at every little thing you do wrong and you might as well learn every policy and procedures like the back of your hand because your manager will just tell you to look there when you have a question that the "MANAGER" should help you out with. Managers at Urbandale branch do not know how to work as a team like they should be doing. Instead they would rather pair up and beat down their front line
