- It is a fun atmosphere to work in - Flexible schedule - Plenty of PTO - Employees strive to know their customers

Cons

- Pay is not competitive - Prepaid card division comes first so retail employees and customers get pushed aside - Bonuses are given on a prepaid card that incurs fees if you forget to use it - Managers do not know how to lead, they are just there because they have been with the bank awhile

Overall great work / life balance (depending on your boss). Plenty of work to do.

Cons

Hard to get visibility, make an impact. There is plenty encouragement to speak your mind and find areas of improvement but nothing ever gets done about them. Huge disconnect with executives. There are good people trying to bring them up to speed but usually doesn't go anywhere.
