Pros

The coworkers and clinicians are very friendly, helpful and supportive. Competitive pay and benefits, except for health insurance.

Cons

Many limitations to the health insurance coverage, especially if one has dependents to cover. Management is overtly preoccupied with image and revenue and neglects quality. There star rating from Medicare continues to decline.

Pros

Well, it's a job I guess.

Cons

The upper management is incompetent. They cannot retain nurses, which means the revenue is going down because they cannot satisfy the requests for visits so hospitals are finding more competent home health providers. But if nurses voice their concerns and offer solutions to work together with management, they will not hesitate to fire the nurses who voice their opinions. Heavy work loads are required for the few remaining nurses and the utter disorganization makes it very stressful for these nurses.
