PTO must be used for everything - don't be fooled by the 3 weeks of PTO - you use that for holidays, sick, vacation, etc. If you take a holiday off or are sick you are required to use your PTO if you have any. There is no taking the day without pay if pto is on the books. Management is not qualified to be management. Most are in the role because no one else wanted it. Therefore, the lack of experience and ability is apparent. Never tell management that you know someone is doing something wrong. They will tell the person you what you told and then do nothing about it. Then you get attitude from the people around you that you need to be able to work with. Whatever you know, keep to yourself!!!
