Top Admin is out of touch with current business trends and hold very little value for their employees. They have a strong history of firing large groups of people without any warning. Compassion, Ethics as well as professionalism is completely absent.

Salaries have fallen behind other agencies, we're short staffed and the biggest Con is that upper management is arrogant and out of touch. The executives suck up to hospitals but ignore the people who give care for the patients or worse, they fire them for speaking up. The CEO is a bully, no other word for her. Her style is lead by intimidating everybody and ridicule and blame people rather than taking any responsibility herself for the BIG losses the company has had. The new CMO is a bully too who's disrespectful and brags about how much he thinks he knows and what he did at his old jobs. The work environment is toxic and making people quit. The people producing the work get basic raises but the C Suite people earn enormous salaries that grow every year. Look them up and be shocked.
