"A Supportive and Nurturing Place to Grow"

Pros

Friendly colleagues and positive, family-like atmospheres. "Great opportunities for growth; they truly care about professional development in early childhood education." My personal experience has been rewarding from Teacher to Lead Teacher and then Team lead within 1 year. In 4+ years now I have received 2 Awards and lots of appreciation and love from the company and families. I have made some great friends along the way.

This is a company that cares about their employees and families. There is every opportunity for anyone wanting to grow. We pay for CDA, have tuition discounts, and amazing benefits!

Cons

The transition between our leadership was difficult, but I feel they did the best they could!
