Pros

Decent benefits, work from home acceptable, employees that really care about the success of the company.

Cons

Management doesn't understand main industry. Management doesn't listen to the people with experience in B2B for elective medicine. Always told to own the outcome, but when people do, it's frowned upon. Most employees under compensated.

Pros

Manage your own schedule, good healthcare benefits, some work from home benefits after being at the company for awhile, dog friendly, I love the people on my team and other teams as well. The company is working on making changes to the software, which are much needed.

Cons

Feeling micro-managed at times, 15 PTO days a year maximum, no 401K, can be a stressful position with performing multiple roles with little help at times.
