Good Company - I would recommend for employment and as a customer of software
Pros
Overall, as a remote employee I have received what I signed up for in regards to working remotely and managing my own schedule. Upper Management has been very supportive in my success. They have also been very open to feedback regarding my personal goals, and growth within the company. I am very fortunate and grateful to have kept my job during COVID. And I applaud the company for doing what they could to keep and bring back staff. I have great colleagues as well. I have worked in this industry for almost 10 years, PatientNOW is the best in comparison to other EMR/management softwares (with room for growth).
Cons
I believe there is room to incorporate more feedback from our staff with aesthetic practice management experience in product development decisions. As a manager, you are involved in every part of your system. You are at the front desk, treatment room, back office, marketing meetings, etc. Therefore you fully understand what your staff needs to be efficient. While it may be a great feature, it has to make sense from a workflow perspective. Having someone understand the workflow of a busy front desk person, a double booked practitioner, to management needling to streamline reporting is vital. There are common needs across the board that would meet the modern day workflow of our practices. This is a multi billion dollar industry, that moves fast. Clients need their software to meet the demands of a fast paced, busy office.
