Pros
Lots of potential for the software to get better. Great industry and the people are awesome. We are priced fairly in my opinion against the market and we do have support.
Cons
There is a lot of turnover - people canceling contracts and people quitting and new hires who don't know how to help. Because of the turnover nothing seems to get accomplished. They also pay reps really low. You're going to be busy and have a lot of opportunities but not in a good way - it's a constant grind to try to hit your goal. Marketing is a nightmare and that churns the most - we overpromise and under deliver. Our software needs a desperate upgrade.
