I worked for PN for 5 years and within that time the company hired and fired 6 CEOs, countless members of management, and senior leaders. This loan should tell you how this company operates as an organization.

Decent training and product market fit

Cons

Owned by PE that made one bad decision after another. Lost their best people to firings or quit. Hired a bunch of middle managers who didn’t know what they were doing and jammed a bunch of micromanaging technology down the teams throat to make up for their own inability to manage effectively and motivate. Cheap.
