With regard to your feedback regarding compensation, our approach is based on several factors including experience, skillset, industry, location, market value, etc. In addition, variable incentive plans for sales related roles are provided to ensure earning opportunities align with current industry standards. As it relates to career development opportunities, we are actively reviewing and implementing processes to ensure employees feel supported in their career aspirations. We have promoted quite a few people this year from within, however, we need to do a better job ensuring our next level leaders are publicizing career opportunities and understand people's individual goals for advancement.
