Pros

Great PTO Policy. Autonomy over work. Friendly, safe work environment. Technical infrastructure is growing and improving

Cons

Benefits are sub-par (I.E. Health Insurance, 401K) Leadership often leaves employees fending for themselves. Innovation encouraged in theory however not well received (I.E. adapting to WFH culture).
