Pros

Culture, leadership, management style, flexible, purpose, I could go on and on. I absolutely love it here. I'm 15+ years into my career, and I have to say, nothing comes to close to what's going on here. I've worked for three major companies and I wish I would've found this place sooner.

Been here about a year, so far, zero.

Pros

The environment is diverse, inclusive, and understanding of life/family/work balance. Everyone works together and learns together as a team. Management cares about the well being of staff on a professional and personal level and cares about my opinion. The hybrid schedule is great! Building is beautiful and love that they provide coffee, tea and kitchen facilities. I feel valued, appreciated, accepted and understood. My voice matters because that is the culture management has created. Excellent team building activities, the team even likes to get together outside of work to get to know each other. I have never worked in an environment to welcoming and wholesome and we work together effeiciently!
