If you are remote employee, the company does a great job of creating awesome culture, internal communication channels, lots of room to move and grow, excellent work/life balance, work hard and you'll be treated fairly

Pros

PatienPoint believes in their employees and wants to set them up for success. With the growth of the company there are many opportunities for employees to advance their careers. The managers will work with team members to ensure they have a game plan in place for the advancements they would like to make in the company. This company has been around for over 30 years and I believe they are here for the long run and I am excited to be here for the continued growth.

At times communication seems to lack about changes coming.
