Great team, leadership team is very hands-on and truly cares about the employees

Cons

Not really a "con", but the open work space environment is different than traditional office enviroments

Pros

Forward looking management, great team environment. I have worked at many companies in my career and this company is doing a lot of things right. It is a pleasure to work here. They treat the employees very well.

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment.
