Beware of Executive Level managers. Prone to lying. Unprofessional and will say anything to position mediocre products to potential clients.

you can make a lot of money and they hand you a book of business and the tools to succeed.

Cons

long hours and you have to be willing to be consistent with your work or you will not succeed.

For a company that has been around for a long time, the leaders understand the need to reinvent themselves and continue to innovate while keeping a culture of fun and transparency. Highly ethical and degree of integrity in an industry that can be the opposite.

Cons

Slower to digitize than other companies in space.
