the people in the office wanted you to be successfull.

After you had ran thru your leads it was hard to get any more.. also.. sometimes the projects you were assigned had really weak markets

getting to know the healthcare marketplace

Cons

Major disconnect between management and sales team. Not very much recognition within the company. Products are not innovative and not a necessity for clients and do not sell themselves. No base and very difficult to meet goals. Unrealistic expectations.
