Fantastic and creative people work there. The culture is great!

Cons

There are none. Well, the ice machine would always break but that's no big deal.

Pros

They start you off with a nice base salary and commission structure to make you think you can achieve this goal.

Cons

Try selling a free product that no one wants. Also, add on top of that Managers who can't manage. Truly a waste of time being a part of this organization.

Pros

Generally well paid. Staff has diverse interests.

Cons

Too many chiefs, not a big enough tribe. They encourage sales of products that are not ready for launch. It is a small enough company that it allows for nepotism and favoritism. Erosion of paid time off.
