Pros

Patrick is a great place to work. We have interesting projects and clients and talented, collaborative people. I've been here this long because of the people I work with and report to, most people are very supportive and collaborative. Negative reviews from 2022 are mostly (if not all) from a disgruntled former employee who was terminated for cause.

Cons

Need to improve DEI efforts

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee has been working with our divisions and marketing to collect and share ways we demonstrate committment to DEI initiatives in the field, with vendors + clients and internally. Our employees have provided feedback on our 401k specifically and this year we were able to increase the company match amount.
