Fast paced work environment with mostly negative comments and very few praises from management.

Comfortable work environment with focus on safety. New employees receive newest equipment and there is a number of company vehicles available.

Cons

Little positive praises from management. Expected to learn new design techniques in your own time. Lack of organization for project management. No incentives to put forth extra efforts.
